Returns or exchanges are only accepted for garments that arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, an unboxing video is required without any cuts or edits.
Customers must handle return shipping, and up to ₹150 will be deducted to offset the original delivery cost.
Refunds are applicable only to the price of the clothing item(s); shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–4 business days via UPI or NEFT.
Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days across India. A shipping fee of ₹100 per item is applicable.
Order cancellations or modifications can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Such instances do not qualify for refunds.
