✅ Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized, altered, or clearance sale products are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before the item is shipped — whichever is earlier.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, email us at help.flamezia@gmail.com or call us directly with your order number.

  • Post-shipment Cancellation: Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may still initiate a return after receiving it.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
